This multi-tenant retail property was 100% occupied at the time of sale and was built in 2008. The building is located just off East 88th Avenue and Washington Street. The property sold on October 11, 2016 for $3,900,000 or $298.39 per square foot.  Jeff Johnson and Matt Ritter, with the Johnson Ritter Team, represented the Seller in the transaction and Jim Knowlton, of the Knowlton Lawson Team, represented the Buyer.
